Holy Communion

In keeping with the Word of God (I Corinthians 10:16,17), we practice Fellowship Communion. This means that we believe that all who Commune are agreeing with all we believe and teach from the Scriptures. If you are not a member of our congregation or another Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod or ELS congregation, please talk with the pastor. He will be happy to answer any questions you might have about Fellowship Communion.

Communion Procedure –

We use both the common cup and the individual cups as we celebrate communion.

The procedure is as follows:
I. The bread is distributed. Please hold out your hand for the bread.
II. The individual cups are distributed. Take one if you wish.
III. The common cup is then distributed to those who do not take one of the individual cups.
IV. Please leave the individual cups in the rack on the communion rail.

If you are unable to come to the Altar for communion, please speak to one of the ushers. Pastor will bring communion to you in the pew.
